NCE Seafood School
Our new Seafood School exhibit is in the works at the NC Estuarium. This new educational opportunity will immerse patrons in the bounty of seafood that our estuary provides from Blue Crabs and Oysters to Flounder and Redfish. This new exhibit will highlight the importance of protecting this remarkable ecosystem. The Seafood School's commercial kitchen will host local chefs to demonstrate cooking techniques on how to prepare the seafood bounty of the Ablemarle and Pamlico sounds.
